Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Stacked Ventures Tools. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the following Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons (collectively, the "Add-ons") provided by Stacked Ventures:

  • AI Copilot & Data Assistant
  • Nano Banana for Sheets™
  • Image Variations in Sheets

By installing and using any of these Add-ons, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Add-ons.

1. License and Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-ons within your Google Workspace environment in accordance with these Terms and your selected subscription plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Add-ons to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security of the Add-ons.
  • Use the Add-ons in a manner that exceeds reasonable request limits or overloads our third-party API providers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Add-ons may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

The Add-ons rely on third-party APIs (such as OpenAI or other image generation providers) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or accuracy of these third-party services. The output generated by these services is provided "as is."

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Add-ons, including their underlying code, design, and branding (e.g., "Nano Banana for Sheets™"), are owned by Stacked Ventures.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you input into the Add-ons (your spreadsheet data) and the specific outputs generated for you by the Add-ons.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-ons are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Add-ons will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stacked Ventures be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Add-ons.

8. Modifications to the Add-ons and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Add-ons at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Add-ons following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
