This Privacy Policy applies to the following Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons (collectively, the "Add-ons") provided by Stacked Ventures ("we," "us," or "our"):

  • AI Copilot & Data Assistant
  • Nano Banana for Sheets™
  • Image Variations in Sheets

1. Introduction

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect your data when you use our Add-ons.

2. Data We Collect and Process

Our Add-ons operate entirely within your Google Workspace environment. We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the Add-ons to function.

  • Spreadsheet Data: The Add-ons read from and write to the specific Google Sheets where you activate them. This is necessary to perform data processing, text generation, and image generation.
  • User Information: We may access your basic Google profile information (such as email address) solely for authentication and license verification purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide the core functionality of the Add-ons:

  • To execute commands, generate text, or create images based on the contents of your spreadsheet.
  • To verify your subscription or license status.

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties.
  • Use your data for serving advertisements.
  • Use your data to train our own artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Our Add-ons' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only use the data to provide the requested spreadsheet automation, image generation, and data processing features.
  • We do not use your Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models.

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

To provide the core artificial intelligence (AI) text and image generation capabilities, our Add-ons securely transmit the specific cell contents and prompt details you select to third-party AI service providers (including OpenAI API, Google Gemini API, Anthropic API, Together API, Grok API, DeepSeek API, Perplexity API, and Qwen API). This data is transferred solely to generate the requested response, which is immediately returned to your spreadsheet.

These third-party providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements, and they do not use your data or Google user data to train public or generalized AI models.

We do not share, sell, lease, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any other third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers, except as required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

We adhere to strict data minimization principles:

  • Active Spreadsheet Data: We do not persist or store your spreadsheet data on our servers. Spreadsheet contents read by the Add-ons are processed in memory and are not retained once the request is complete and returned to your Google Sheet.
  • Account & Usage Data: We retain basic user information (such as your email address) and subscription license data for the duration of your active account. We also retain operational logs and job history records (for debugging, rate limiting, and credit billing purposes) for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Deletion Requests: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated Google user data at any time by emailing us at support@stackedventures.com. Upon receiving your deletion request, we will purge your user record and all associated logs from our active servers within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement standard security practices to ensure your data is safe. All data transmitted between your Google Sheet and external APIs is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
